At Fos Lighting, we're dedicated to bringing you unique and beautiful lighting solutions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we also want to set clear expectations regarding our handcrafted products and policies.
The Nature of Handcrafted Products
Every item from Fos Lighting is meticulously handcrafted and hand-finished. This means that each piece is inherently unique, carrying the distinct touch of the artisan who created it.
Due to the artisanal nature of our products and factors beyond our control, please understand the following:
- Slight Variations: You can expect slight variations in the actual finish, texture, and detailing of your product compared to the images displayed on our website.
- Color & Photo Discrepancy: The colors and appearance in product photos may vary slightly from the physical item due to studio lighting, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of materials.
- Artisan & Production Differences: Since each piece is hand-worked by different artisans, and materials can vary slightly between production batches, there might be minor differences between individual pieces and across different production lots. These unique characteristics are a testament to the authentic, handcrafted quality of our goods, not imperfections.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Generally, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer exchanges on purchased items.
Please note specifically regarding Clearance Stock: Items purchased from our clearance section may have minor imperfections, defects, or variations. These items are priced accordingly, and their sale is final with no option for refunds, replacements, or exchanges due to these characteristics.
However, we do provide solutions for specific situations with non-clearance items:
- Damage During Transit (Non-Clearance Items): If your non-clearance product is unfortunately damaged during transit, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. To process a free replacement, you must send clear pictures of the broken parts along with your invoice number to our customer service team.
- Completely Broken/Unusable Product (Non-Clearance Items): In rare instances where a non-clearance product is completely broken or unusable upon arrival, please send pictures with your invoice number within 7 days of receipt. Upon verification, you will have the option to choose between a replacement or store credit.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement.
- To cancel an order, please email us at info@foslighting.com or Whatsapp to +91-9899689630 with your order number.
- We advise you to save your cancellation acknowledgment for your records.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed online within 7 working days.
